The case columns terminating in fruiting baskets flanked by cockerel heads suspending pinecone drops, with Apollo mask cresting concealing knife-edge suspension for the nine rod gridiron pendulum with engine-turned silvered dial with Roman chapters, blued steel Breguet hands, subsidiary seconds below XII, later signed Breguet a Paris on a reserve in the centre, the eight day spring barrels movement with countwheel strike on a bell, the back plate numbered 24
