Second half of the 17th Century
Made entirely of steel, with tapering blade of hollow-triangular section pierced on each face at the forte (the point chipped), hilt comprising short quillons with bud-like terminals, acorn-shaped pommel and baluster grip, and the grip and pommel chiselled and punched with leaves and berries.
