A FINE GERMAN INLAID FRUITWOOD POWDER-FLASK
First half of the 17th Century
Formed of two parts around a central hole sleeved in horn, inlaid with a horn concentric pattern of concentric roundels involving horn pellets and small brass nails on each face, a band of smaller roundels between each face, with brass baluster nozzle closed by a brass spring-loaded cap, and a pair of iron loops for suspension.
