18th/19th Century
The first with tapering multi-stage sighted barrel of characteristic form with fore-sight formed as a marine grotesque in high relief, the mouldings and octagonal breech decorated with cast triangular panels of scrolling foliage, lifting handles cast in the form of a pair of marine grotesques en suite with the fore-sight, flared rosette-shaped muzzle, swivel and peg mount and tubular cascable; the second with barrel of characteristic form with a pair of lifting handles in high relief cast as stylised marine grotesques, flared muzzle, tubular cascable and swivel and peg mount.
