The slender ovoid bodies alternately cut with diamond & hobnail panels, the vertical straps with overlapping crescent-shaped scales, the scroll handles decorated with a female mask, the mounts chased with foliage, the necks with chased frieze incorporating a cherub mask flanked by butterfly wings, the waisted covers with fluted knops below a pine cone finial flanked by four small beaded scrolls, 17 in. high (43 cm.).
