AN EARLY 18TH CENTURY SILVER LIGHTHOUSE CASTER,
MAKER'S MARK ONLY, Pe (Gothic script), POSSIBLY WEST COUNTRY, CIRCA 1700,
The cover with fluted top, foliate piercing & bayonet fitting, cylindrical body with applied girdle, a second reeded girdle just above the fluted, spreading foot, later engraved with twin crests, marked once only, on body, just below rim, 7 in. high (18 cm.), 7 oz.
