The faceted stems with shell decoration, the shaped square bases alternately edged with two different types of shell, the wells at base of columns engraved with a cockatrice crest, the detachable nozzles chased with acanthus leaves to sides, the candlesticks engraved to bases with scratch-weight & number in set, the nozzles also engraved with corresponding number, the nozzles marked with maker's mark & lion passant, respectively "25=7" & "No.2", the nozzle "N2", and "25=5" & "No.4", the nozzle with non-corresponding number "No.1", 10 in. high (26 cm.), 49 oz. (2)
