MARK OF SAMUEL WALKER, DUBLIN, CIRCA 1752/4,
With distinctively shaped Hibernia punch (see Hibernia "Q", "Hallmarks on Dublin Silver 1730-72", Ticher K. et al., 1968), circularvwith fluted sides & wavy rim, on three lion mask & paw feet (each lion mask with a blow-hole either side of mouth), crested, Hibernia & crowned harp under rim, maker's mark to base, 5½ in. diameter (13.8 cm.), 6 oz.
