A small Japanese bronze four-fold table screen, incised Hattori mark, Meiji
the panels decorated in gilt and silver with a long-tailed cockerel perched on a prunus tree, a running figure under a thunderstorm, huts and a shrine entrance before a boat and Mount Fuji and bamboo, all above maple leaves, the reverse engraved with geese in flight above huts below mount Fuji -- each panel 6 1/8in. (15.6cm.) high x 2 7/8in. (7.3cm.) wide.
