A Chinese cloisonne vase, 19th century
the compressed globular body enamelled with two ferocious dragons amidst clouds scrolls and above waves below a ruyi-head border, the shoulder, waisted neck and splayed foot variously decorated with fish and a demi-flowerhead and gourd vine scroll, the neck applied with two lion mask ring handles -- 13 3/16in. (33.5cm.) high.
