A pair of blue and white and underglaze red 'lotus' brushwashers, 20th century
each modelled as a foliate rimmed lotus leaves with buds borne on stems and a crab applied to the leaf interior, the exterior painted with veins reserved on an underglaze blue ground with the interior painted in an inverse manner, the lappets accenuated in underglaze red -- 4½in. (11.4cm.) wide. (2)
