Apparently unmarked, late 19th century, probably Dutch
Shell shaped and on three rocaille feet, the sides chased with flowers and trailing foliage on a matted ground, with a finial cast as a putto, holding a cut-glass vase, engraved underneath with a name, with a metal liner
