Circular and on a domed pedestal foot with a baluster stem, the stem applied with two leaf and flower swags, the foot and bowl stamped with strawberries among foliage and on a matted ground, with a scroll motif rim, marked in bowl, the foot stamped with a post 1953 duty mark
