Details
APOLLO 11 -- MOON LANDING
NASA photograph of the plaque left on the moon commemorating the first manned moon landing, with autograph signatures of Neil A. ARMSTRONG, Michael COLLINS, Edwin E. ALDRIN (signed 'Buzz Aldrin') and Richard Milhous NIXON, 198 x 245mm, framed with an image of Neil Armstrong stepping onto the lunar surface.

'WE CAME IN PEACE FOR ALL MANKIND'. An extremely rare photograph signed by the principal figures of the Apollo 11 mission and by President Nixon. The plaque unveiled by the astronauts and left on the surface of the moon, attached to the lunar lander, bears the inscription 'Men From The Planet Earth First Set Foot Upon The Moon July 1969, A.D. We Came In Peace For All Mankind'. It is probable that these signed photographs were only distributed to the main participants in the Apollo Mission. (12)
