"I think this is worth the extra. First noted on the Pol Roger stand at Vinexpo in June 1999: refined; length, subtlety. Incidentally, Danielle and Christian Pol Roger invariably man their own stand, and it makes all the difference. Also, at most of the earlier Vinexpos, the Christie's stand was adjacent--so we were plied with Pol! Most recently, in magnums, introducing Hubert de Billy, Christian Pol Roger's nephew, at the Primium Familiae Vini presentation at Vinopolis. Went down well.
