"Ripe yet very pure fruit this is elegant and quite fine with rather forward, precise and punchy medium weight flavors of real complexity and class. This is rather light compared to the a classic vintage of Roty Charmes weight yet the detail and complexity are remarkable for the vintage. It is certainly approachable now but will clearly benefit from another 3 to 5 years of cellar time. In short, this is a great effort for the vintage." BH, April 26, 2006
