The cartonnier with an eared canted top and fluted sides, with two tambour shutters enclosing a fitted interior with two central compartments, flanked by three small drawers to each side, above one large drawer, the rectangular brass banded top inset with a gilt-tooled light-brown leather writing surface above three frieze drawers, on later square tapering legs with brass caps
