THE TANKARD CIRCA 1750 AND PERHAPS NUREMBURG, THE JUG CIRCA 1800, BOTH DISHES 19TH CENTURY, ONE HOLLAND OR NORTH FRANCE, THE OTHER WITH A BLUE B MARK,
the ribbed cylindrical small tankard painted in colours on a pale-blue ground with a loose bouquet, the jug with the Grim Reaper and his scythe; the center of the first dish with a basket of flowers within a border of diaper panels alternating with stylized flowers; the second dish with Chinese peasants with baskets beside a river within a gadrooned floral border
