A well engineered model twin cylinder compound vertical reversing marine engine,
with blued-steel clad cylinders 1½ and 2¾in. bores x 2in. stroke, piston HP and slide LP valves, main stop valve, transfer pipe, fabricated frames, the rear incorporating slipper-type crosshead guides, handwheel and quadrant operated Stephenson's link reverse, crankshaft with three main bearings with oil boxes, disc flywheel and shaft coupling, finished in green and polished brightwork, chequerplate floor and wood base -- 35.5 x 33cm. (14 x 13in.)
