Details
A well engineered gas fired marine steam plant,
built by Maxwell Hemmens, with twin burner vertical firetube copper boiler with normal fittings and steam line to twin cylinder small bore vertical reversing engine, the valve chest cover plates engraved "Max II Maxwell Hemmens York England", displacement lubricator, disc flywheel and single shaft with outboard bearing and four blade propellor, finished in red, black and polished brightwork, wood mount -- 33 x 45.7cm. (13 x 18in.)
