A 2in. scale model of a Shand Mason horse drawn fire appliance,
with silver soldered copper boiler with "J" tubes and removable grate and fittings including water and pressure gauges, safety, blower, regulator and clack valves. Engine details include twin cylinders with scotch cranks and direct coupled pumps with change over cock, compression dome, twin flywheels and cylinder head oilers. Chassis details include spoked wheels with metal tyres, turning lock, leaf springs, drivers seat with branches and hand brake levers, coal box, suction pipe, lamps and other details, finished in red, green, black and polished brightwork -- 39.3 x 56cm.
