built to the designs of A. H. Greenly by P. C. Kidner, with riveted copper boiler with fire box hanging tubes and fittings including water gauge with shut-off cocks, pressure gauge, safety, blower and clack valves. Engine details include cylinders 1¼in. and 1 5/8in. bores x 2in. stroke, cylinder draincocks, valve chest lubricators, H.P. valve chest mounted simpling valve, bar-type crosshead guides with lubricator boxes, valve spindle guides, strapped big ends with split brasses and lubricators, disc cranks, belt and gear driven horizontally mounted governor, three main bearing and spoked flywheel and other details, cast bed on wood base, finished in blue with black and white linings; the H.P. valve chest cover plate with initials, the L.P. with "1919" -- 37 x 62cm. 14½ x 24½in.)
