The center decorated with two Dutch ships and several smaller vessels in an estuary, a woman standing in the doorway of a domed edifice in the foreground, within a band of iron-red, blue and puce foliate scrolls, the the cavetto and rim with pale-blue bands and gilt spear-head motifs
