The oblong blue papier-maché frame with a ribbon-tied reeded silver-gilt bezel, suspended by a ribbon-tied husk swag, with a silver-gilt mounted back and a scroll strut, marked on bezel, on back and on strut

Containing a photocopy of a photograph of King George I of the Hellenes.
