MARK OF GIUSEPPE AND GENNARO DEL GIUDICE, NAPLES, 1797
Oval and on four lion's paw and bacchic mask feet, the rim with a leaf and bead border, with two bifurcated reeded angular handles, the plain liner with gilt interior, the domed cover with detachable leaf and cone finial, the underside of cover gilt, the body and cover each applied with coat-of-arms with count's coronet above, marked on base, the base further engraved 'N:4 P:L 17.03'

The arms are those of Lanza, probably for Count Francesco Paolo Lanza, brother of the Prince of Trabia. Count Francesco acted as the Minister of Finance for the Borbone of Naples
