The initials are those of Prince George of Greece, later King George II of the Hellenes (1890-1047). (4)

Princess Victoria Adelaide Mary Louise, Empress Frederick, Queen Dowager of Prussia was the eldest child of Queen Victoria of Great Britain (1837-1901) and Prince Albert. She married Prince Frederick William of Prussia (1831-1888) in 1858, having met him at the opening of the Great Exhibition in London in 1851.
