A PAIR OF FRENCH SILVER-PLATED MEAT-DISHES AND COVERS
BY CHRISTOFLE, LATE 19TH CENTURY
Each shaped oval with moulded borders, the reeded covers with leaf scroll handle, each engraved with Greek cypher below Greek Royal crown
each 20 in. (51 cm.) long
The cypher is that of King George I of the Hellenes, Prince of Denmark (1845-1913). (4)
