The kettle oval, engraved with bands of foliage and flower, with a wicker covered handle and reeded spout, the shaped square stand on four scroll feet, the kettle, cover and lamp engraved with a crest, the kettle and cover later engraved Greek cypher below Greek Royal crown, marked on rim of kettle, base of stand and lamp
15 in. (40 cm.) high
gross 87 oz. (2,735 oz.)
The cypher is that of King George II of the Hellenes (1890-1947).
