MARK OF J.W. STORY AND WILLIAM ELLIOT, LONDON, 1812
Campana-shaped with part-fluted sides, chased with frieze of oak leaves, acorns & wheat stalks, the handles formed as cornucopia of fruit, (one handle a/f), the pedestal foot with egg and dart border, inscribed below rim 'Presented to The Rt. Hon.ble Sir Wm.Scott Kt. and The Most Noble the Marchioness of Sligo, by the Hon.ble Thos. & Frances Windsor.1813.', and engraved with the arms of the two recipients, 12 in. high (31 cm.), 58.5 oz.
