MARK OF FR. EMIL GERIKE, BERLIN, CIRCA 1835,
Squat circular with fluted frieze, the tap terminating in sea creature's head, lacks swing handle, on spirit stand with 3 leafy scroll supports terminating in shells, the spirit lamp lacking cover, on an ebonised wood triform stand centred by an applied rosette, 12 in. high (30.5 cm.).
