GUY ROULOT Domaine Guy Roulot has been for many years one of the leading producers of Meursault. Guy Roulot tragically died in 1982; however his son, Jean-Marc Roulot has been making the wines since 1989. The wines can be described as elegant wines which show purity of fruit when young and when mature the wines evolve into rich, honeyed harmonious flavours. The wines are expressive of the different vineyard terroirs as demonstrated by the following extract from the Wine Spectator "Jean-Marc Roulot continues a tradition started by his father to vinify, age and bottle each of the domaine's village vineyards separately and sell them under their vineyard names. Roulot's wines reflect his attention to sound principles in the vineyards and the cellars."
