screenprint in colors, 1969, on wove paper, signed in ink on the reverse, stamp numbered 39/250 (there were also 26 artist's proofs lettered A-Z), published by Factory Additions, New York, with full margins, minor surface soiling, moisture staining and associated rippling along the lower margin edge, a 1-in. crease and associated ink loss in the red below the 'N', a few soft handling creases, otherwise in good condition
