the top carved with a man raising a banner beside another pulling a cart laden with precious objects including the flaming pearl, all amidst trees and rockwork, reserved on diaper grounds and framed by a key-fret border, the sides decorated with a floral honeycomb design -- 4 7/8in. (12.3cm.) wide; and a carved rectangular red lacquer box and cover, the top and sides with a floral diaper ground, 19th century -- 5in. (12.6cm.) wide. (2)
