A Japanese inlaid ivory netsuke of a Buddhist Monk, signed Koun, Late 19th 20th Century
finely carved with the figure leaning over a large round bowl washing his hair, with inlaid horn and shell embellishments, wearing white metal hoop-ring earrings, signature to base on a oval mother-of-pearl tablet - 1 3/8in. (3.5cm.) wide.
