(8.9cm.); the tapered pipe mouthpiece with detailed Shibuichi inlay of courtly figures below incised cloud patterns, signed -- 4in. (10.2cm); the dome shaped silver lid decorated in relief with chrysanthemum flower heads and foliage with an applied knop handle in the form of a gnarled wood branch surrounded by flowers and berries -- 3 3/4in.
