of cylindrical form, the exterior carved with a continuous foliated lotus scroll with the blossoms alternating with the bajixiang ('Eight Buddhist Emblems') below a key-fret band, covered overall in a bluish translucent glaze except for the unglazed footrim -- 7 5/8in. (19.3cm.) diam.
