To the extent that the lasts and the shoes to be made with them are subject to copyright, Jan Jansen shall transfer such copyright upon the passing of the purchase with respect to this lot and waiving any moral rights, to the extent the law permits. On request, the deed of transfer may be inspected prior to the auction.
