RARE, ?FIRST EDITION. Wing lists 2 copies only of the 1675 edition of part I (both copies are located in America: National Library of Medicine, Maryland and University of Pennsylvania Libraries). The second part was issued as part of Kitchin-Physick in both 1675 and 1676 but was also published separately. Krivatsy 2535 (this copy incomplete, lacks pp. 53-68 of pt. II); Wing C4791bA (both works) and C4793 (part II only); cf. Wellcome II, p. 364 and Oxford English Cookery Books to 1850 list the 1676 edition only. The British Library has the 1676 edition of part I only.
