Provenance: Edm. Turner, 1642 (signature on title) -- occasional early annotations -- James Ford (label) -- copious later annotations to front free endpapers: 'This book came from the library of Dr. Newcome of Hackney (uncle I believe to the Archbishop of Armagh) ...'
