Worked in silver and gold wire and coloured enamels with two large panels depicting birds among wisteria and pheasants beneath plum blossom, bordered by geometric and floral designs and four panels of ho-o birds and serpents, the sides with two applied handles, the domed pierced cover with floral roundels, copper liner, copper mounts
