The deep, rounded sides rising from the small ring foot to the scalloped rim and carved inside and out as chrysanthemum petals, covered overall with a soft sea-green glaze thinning on the ribs and ending in a line above the edge of the foot to expose the buff ware, the convex base similarly glazed
