The ivory seal carved on top with the free-standing figures of a scholar holding an offering tray, and a young stag, the base inscribed with twelve seal characters which may be read, Yangzhou Fang Dingrui Zizhi chai yin xin chang shou; the bamboo seal of rectangular form with the top left showing the natural growths of the rhizome, the base carved with a seal that may be read, hua niao duo qing
