etching, 1637, a very good impression, with little wear to the densely hatched areas, the modelling on the faces still very effective, trimmed to the platemark at the sides, to the top of the 'd' in the signature above, and the lower part of the fur collar below, a spot of ink just touching the 'R' in the signature, very pale scattered foxing
