A Chinese whitish-celadon jade carving of a bearded immortal, 18th Century
the bearded figure standing before layered irregular formed pierced rockwork, wearing layered long robes decorated with two incised lines to the lower section, his eyes partly closed and his receding hair tied back and hidden by a cloth hat to the back of his head, holding a peach spray in his outstretched hands -- 4 1/8in. (10.4cm.) high.
