A Chinese mottled white jade pouring vessel, 17th/18th Century
of shallow form, carved in the shape of a large leaf with a seated bearded figure to the interior holding an opened book in his raised arm, the underside wotj applied trailing branches, lotus leaf shaped wood stand with a snail to one edge -- 6¼in. (15.8cm.) long.
