with twin beast-head handles, painted with oval and fan shaped panels of censers amongst various precious objects, surrounded by a cafe-au-lait ground -- 7in. (17.8cm.) wide.

The Johanneum marks N:71, denote that this bowl and cover was in the collection of Augustus The Strong, and housed in the Japanese palace in Dresden.
