of circular form with convex sides and a lipped rim, the exterior decorated with eight iron-red bats and foliated lotus scroll reserved on a blue ground, below an inscription and a key-fret border around the shoulders, iron-red four-character encircled mark -- 5 7/8in. (14.9cm.) diam.
