A Chinese famille rose jar, Yongzheng
of ovoid shape, decorated with a boy holding onto a lady leaning on a table laden with a fan and a vase with peacock feathers and a coral branch, both beside a lady tending to a jardiniere and watched upon by a boy standing next to a bench holding a ruyi-sceptre, the reverse with a parrot swooping from a stand with a dragon-head finial -- 6 15/16in. (17.6cm.) high.
