A Chinese famille rose bottle vase, 20th century
of slender pear shape with a tall waisted neck and flared rim, enamelled with cranes on rockwork and a blossoming cherry tree, amidst bamboo and lingzhi fungus beside a stream, with a ruyi-head border below the gilt rim and a key-fret band on the foot, the interior and base turquoise glazed, iron-red Qianlong seal mark -- 14 1/8in. (35.8cm) high.
