Black Seated Figure on Orange Ground, from Shelter Sketchbook (C. 80)
lithograph in colours, 1966, on japon nacré, signed and dated in pencil, inscribed 'Artist's Proof', a proof aside from the numbered edition of 180 (there were also 75 numbered in Roman numerals and 5 artist's proofs marked A to E), published by Marlborough Fine Art, London, and Rembrandt Verlag GmbH, West Berlin, with full margins, an unobtrusive horizontal crease at the lower sheet edge, otherwise in very good condition
